At Mariposa, we believe in creating beautiful gifts that celebrate life's special moments. We’re looking for a Marketing Associate to join our collaborative, creative team and help drive brand awareness and growth across both wholesale (B2B) and retail (B2C) channels.
This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role supporting marketing initiatives across digital, print, web, and event marketing. If you love blending creative thinking with organized execution — and have a passion for growing brands — we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Content Management
* Partner with leadership to build and maintain the content calendar across platforms and channels.
* Drive the planning and execution of email and SMS campaigns while maintaining and updating brand guidelines to ensure a fresh, cohesive brand identity.
* Analyze performance metrics and employ A/B testing for optimization.
* Manage and update Mariposa’s LinkedIn page and other social platforms with brand updates and promotions.
* Initiate PR and media outreach, including coordination of feature stories, events, and press releases.
Digital Marketing
* Develop and manage social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
* Ability to create and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid digital campaigns a plus.
* Report on campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data insights.
* Support Influencer partnerships on LTK setting up campaigns based on target ,market and product while managing budget and reporting ROI.
Printed Materials & Photoshoot Coordination
* Assist with bi-annual catalogs layout, organization, and production.
* Manage creative assets including photography shot lists, styling assistance, and asset organization.
* Maintain digital asset libraries (Dropbox and Canto) for seasonal content.
Website Support
* Partner with internal teams and outside developers to drive website enhancements and customer experience improvements.
Event Marketing & Trade Shows
* Lead the creative development, and execution of trade show materials and attend Atlanta Gift Show twice annually.
* Lead the marketing effort and execution of retail store events.
About You:
* 4-6 years experience in marketing, ideally in consumer goods, retail, or wholesale.
* Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
* Proficient with Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager; Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
* Organized with strong project management skills — able to juggle multiple deadlines.
* Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel for basic reporting and analysis.
* Creative, collaborative, and excited to grow within a close-knit, entrepreneurial team.
* Familiarity with Shopify or website CMS platforms is a plus.
