Responsibilities
Every visit to our store is a chance to make someone’s day. You’ll be the first to lend a helping hand, from the first hello to the final thank you. As a “made to measure” specialist, you’ll become a curtain, blind and shutter expert. You’ll guide customers through the process from start to finish, offering styling advice, taking precise measurements, and planning our fitters’ routes to ensure everything runs smoothly and looks amazing. You’ll enjoy talking with customers, spotting opportunities to upsell, and helping customers feel confident they chose Dunelm for their home project. It’s about the experience, not just the product.
