Our client are recruiting for a proactive and adaptable recruitment professional to join our expanding team. This role plays a key part in supporting the business growth by identifying and attracting top talent. You’ll need to be confident in building strong relationships across various departments and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cheshire East.
Position Overview
* Support the end-to-end recruitment for high-volume operational roles, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates from initial contact to job offer.
* Actively source candidates using both traditional and creative methods to build strong talent pipelines.
* Screen applications and advise hiring managers on market trends and candidate suitability.
* Contribute to recruitment initiatives aimed at improving processes, tools, and collaboration across the business.
Skills & Qualifications
* Skilled in using recruitment platforms and tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation.
* Experience in stakeholder management and providing consultative support throughout the hiring process.
