Job Title: Deputy Operations Manager - Location: North Cumbria, based in Carlisle, Cumbria - Salary: £40,338.88, rising to £43,665.72 (Pro Rata) over 4 increments - Closing Date: 28th November 2025

The Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Deputy Operations Manager to join our senior team. This is a key leadership role within the organisation, supporting the Operations Manager and providing direct oversight and guidance to our Service Managers.
Key Responsibilities Include:
· Oversee the day to day operations of multiple care services
· Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards
· Lead, motivate, and develop service managers and frontline teams
· Drive, continuous improvement in support delivery, occupancy, and outcomes
· Manage budgets and resources efficiently to achieve KPIs
· Build strong relationships with stakeholders, commissioners, and families
· Champion a culture of person-centred care and staff wellbeing
What We’re Looking For
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in the care sector
* Proven experience managing people and leading teams
* A management qualification (e.g. ILM, NVQ in Management)
* Level 4 qualification (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care
* Strong knowledge of care sector regulatory bodies and compliance standards
* A commitment to continuous improvement and values-led leadership
