St Johns College, one of the largest Colleges within the University of Cambridge, is seeking to appoint an Individual Giving Manager to support the Colleges fundraising efforts by developing and implementing the regular giving strategy, building sustainable income and deepening engagement across the Johnian community. This will include managing a portfolio of individual donors, cultivating meaningful relationships and executing regular giving initiatives such as telethons and giving days.

The College offers a competitive benefits package including membership of a defined contributory pension scheme, 36 days annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays), access to a private healthcare scheme currently provided by BUPA, access to a cash plan healthcare scheme currently provided by Simplyhealth, free lunch, free use of an on-site Gym and free parking close to the College site, subject to availability and an Agile Working policy whereby eligible staff may be able to work remotely for up to 40% of their working hours.
The closing date for the receipt of completed applications is 9:00am on Monday, 22 June 2026. Interviews are expected to be held on Wednesday, 1 July 2026.
