Ideal Candidate Profile
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised qualification
* Experience working in a primary school classroom
* Strong understanding of the national curriculum
* Committed to inclusive, child‑centred teaching
* Confident in behaviour management and building strong pupil relationships
* Has a valid DBS certificate or is willing to obtain one
Main Responsibilities
* Deliver well‑structured and engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
* Support pupils’ academic and personal development through differentiated instruction
* Monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback
* Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating learning space
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and maintain positive relationships with parents
