Data and Exams Manager – Derby City\n\nLocation: Derby City\nContract Type: Full-Time\nStart Date: September 2025\nPay Rate: £100–£130 per day\nExperience Required: School-based data management and exam administration\n\nOverview:\nEducation Personnel are currently recruiting for a Data and Exams Manager on behalf of a well-organised and high-achieving secondary school in Derby City. This full-time position is set to begin in September 2025 and is crucial to the effective administration of school data systems and examination cycles.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Manage exam timetables, entries, access arrangements, and results\n\n * Oversee the use and maintenance of data management systems (e.g., SIMS)\n\n * Generate accurate reports and student data analysis for SLT\n\n * Coordinate the training and deployment of invigilators\n\n * Ensure all JCQ and DfE regulations are followed\n\nThe Ideal Candidate:\n\n * Has previous experience in a similar school-based role\n\n * Demonstrates strong organisational, analytical, and ICT skills\n\n * Is familiar with school data platforms such as SIMS or Arbor\n\n * Works well under pressure and under tight deadlines\n\n * Communicates clearly with staff and external partners\n\nWhy apply through Education Personnel?\n\nWe work with you to find your perfect placement.
