Let's talk about the role. It involves: Booking in valuations & securing business. All pre & post follow up for appointments, consisting of confirmation calls & feedback. Conducting viewing based on office policies & procedures. Registering applicants across our platforms. Emailing Property Alerts through ReapIT and HTML. Order EPC’s / required compliance. Pro-actively ringing through database contracts with the aim of generating business. Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market. Rotating window cards & branch material.
