What You Can Expect
Pay: £12.60 per care hour + £12.21 travel time + £0.35 mileage
⌛ Hours: 10 to 25 hours per week, depending on your availability
Contract: Zero hours
Schedule: Choose between weekdays or weekends (no less than 4 days a week if working weekdays)
Shifts Available: 07.00-15.00 or 14.00-22.00
Location: Field-based – you’ll travel to and from clients’ homes in Swansea and Neath
Requirements: Valid driving licence and access to a reliable car (Business Class 1 insurance needed)

Qualifications
What We’re Looking for in Our Next Care Professionals
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re kind, dependable, and passionate about helping others live well at home. Ideally you’ll have:
* A compassionate and patient nature
* Confidence in supporting with personal care and medication
* Good communication skills and the ability to build trust
* Consistent and reliable availability, with a commitment to agreed working hours
* Previous experience in care or a related role (preferred but not essential)
