Lead Business Analyst: We are looking for 4 Lead Business Analyst across various Value Streams.
As a Lead Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping complex, high-impact initiatives across our business. You’ll lead analysis activity across value streams, guide decision-making with clear insights, and support the development of a strong, collaborative BA community.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead business analysis activity on complex, strategic initiatives across multiple value streams
2. Partner with stakeholders at all levels to understand challenges and shape effective solutions
3. Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and recommendations
4. Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and discussions to drive alignment and progress
5. Provide guidance, coaching and mentoring to Business Analysts across the team
6. Review and support the quality of analysis work across projects and programmes
7. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of BA practices and standards
8. Support and co-lead the BA community (Guild), encouraging knowledge sharing and growth
9. Act as a trusted advisor, offering insight and expertise to support wider business strategy
Skills and experience:
10. Strong experience delivering business analysis across complex change or technology initiatives
11. Experience working end-to-end across the project lifecycle (Agile experience is a plus)
12. Skilled in a range of analysis techniques ( requirements gathering, workshops, user stories)
13. Confident influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels
14. Experience supporting or mentoring others in a BA or similar role
15. Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal
16. A collaborative approach with the ability to challenge constructively
17. Relevant qualification ( ISEB/IIBA) or equivalent practical experience
