This position is perfect for someone with a passion for both clinical excellence and team leadership, who wants to make a meaningful impact in a well-supported and progressive environment. Working closely with the Practice Manager and Lead Nurse, you’ll play a pivotal role in day-to-day operations while coaching and mentoring colleagues to deliver the highest standards of patient care. Alongside clinical leadership, you’ll also have the chance to be involved in business aspects such as KPIs and practice performance, ensuring continued success and growth of the hospital.
