Our client is on the verge of implementing a Salesforce instance that includes the latest and greatest products, including Data Cloud and Agentforce.
I am looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join this business as the sole SME and take ownership of the ongoing support, optimisation, and development of their Salesforce platform.
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on Salesforce professional with strong experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce, who can work closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions, improve user adoption, and support wider business transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day administration of Salesforce
* Configure and optimise Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce
* Build and maintain Flows to streamline business processes
* Manage users, permissions, roles, and platform security
* Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
* Support data quality, governance, and continuous platform improvement
* Troubleshoot issues and provide user support and training
* Assist with releases, testing, and deployment activities
Experience and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator
* Strong hands-on knowledge of, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce
* Strong Salesforce configuration skills, particularly Flow
* Good understanding of security, permissions, reporting, and data management
* Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
