Your Role
We are looking for a Graduate Arboriculturist to be based in our Reading office, joining the 2026 Graduate Programme. As part of a growing team within the water sector, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to significant projects both locally and nationally from day one. This is a field-based position with opportunities for office-based work as needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake client site visits.
* Plan and undertake survey tasks.
* Conduct visual tree inspections and tree condition surveys.
* Collate and analyse field survey data.
* Produce high-quality environmental reports and statements.

About You

Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Arboriculture; or
* Qualification in Forestry, Countryside Management, Forest Management, or Woodland Ecology.

Work Arrangement
Please note, we ask our graduates to come into the office 4 days per week to ensure you receive sufficient time with your team and the appropriate level of support.
