Role Description
We're looking for a Small Works Delivery Coordinator to join the team in our Bristol office. In this role, you'll manage small works tasks from initial survey through to completion and invoicing. This includes preparing technical quotes, coordinating engineers and subcontractors, updating customers, raising purchase orders, and issuing invoices, while ensuring all work meets company standards, industry requirements, and customer expectations. A key focus of the role is promoting cost‑effective solutions for customers across both new and existing contracts by developing strong relationships, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities to deliver high‑quality services that encourage repeat business and long‑term partnerships.
Essential Skills
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Good organisational and time‑management ability
· Strong knowledge of BS 5839 and industry standards
· FIA units
· Ability to read basic technical drawings
· Knowledge of health & safety practices
· Proficiency with MS Office and scheduling/ERP tools
· Full UK driving licence
