Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic National Field Manager - Activation to lead a team of 10 field-based Brand Activation Managers, supporting a major client launching a new Oral Nicotine brand. The role involves translating client strategies into actionable plans, managing daily operations, ensuring team performance, and maintaining client relationships aligned with strategic objectives.
Main Responsibilities
* Spend time in the field coaching, developing, and training your team.
* Deliver operational and sales performance.
* Engage with clients and internal stakeholders.

* Proven track record of coaching and mentoring field teams to meet objectives.
* Experience managing key account relationships.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

* Highly organized with excellent time management.

* Full driving license.
