Part Time – 20 hours per week (12am-4pm Monday – Friday, with scope for flexibility)
Salary: £14,500 (Full Time Equivalent £27,000)
Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a housing association that requires a Scheme Manager to oversee their over 55’s Sheltered Housing Scheme in Leeds.
Responsibilities
* Working across sheltered housing scheme, supporting those aged 55+
* Encouraging independent living
* Managing income collection processes
* Ensuring compliance with tenancy checks
* Investigating reports of ASB
* Managing the lettings and nominations process
* Meeting void targets
* Completing communal inspections
* Carrying out health and safety checks
Requirements
* Enhanced DBS check
* UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
* Understanding of safeguarding and data protection
* Understanding of welfare benefits
* Previous similar experience within a customer‑facing role
