About the role
Project Manager | Full Time | Permanent | Based in Kirrawee NSW
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple ATM-related infrastructure projects nationwide. This role will manage the delivery of 30–50 concurrent minor works projects, ranging in value from $1,500 to $20,000, as part of broader national programs that may exceed $500,000 in total.
You will lead end-to-end project delivery—including ATM installations, relocations, smart safe deployments, coin/cash deposit machines, and ATM signage rebranding—across diverse environments such as banks, shopping centres, pubs, and retail locations.
As a client-facing role, you will also serve as a key account manager for three major national clients, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver 30–50 minor works projects concurrently across Australia.
Coordinate ATM installations, relocations, signage rebranding, and equipment upgrades.
Conduct site inspections to determine scope, risks, and site-specific requirements.
Analyse project briefs and prepare detailed work plans, schedules, and logistics.
Develop asset condition reports and site-specific scope documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams: Senior PM, Technical Alarm Specialist, and field crews.
Oversee contractor scheduling and task allocation across multiple states.
Plan and coordinate national logistics, including equipment and signage delivery.
Maintain project timelines, ensuring alignment with construction programs.
Conduct toolbox talks and facilitate communication between site teams and stakeholders.
Deliver weekly project progress reports and host checkpoint meetings.
Quote jobs, obtain client approvals, and manage scope variations and change control.
Develop and maintain Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and safety documentation.
Manage invoicing, ensuring alignment with approved scope and variations.
Ensure quality assurance by maintaining control records and sign-off procedures.
Liaise with councils and contractors to arrange traffic management and environmental compliance.
Drive project delivery within budget, on schedule, and to client satisfaction.
Troubleshoot on-site challenges, providing clear direction to contractors and teams.
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Project Manager managing multiple concurrent construction or infrastructure projects.
Experience in minor works delivery or ATM/signage deployment is highly regarded.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills; client-facing experience essential.
Demonstrated ability to work with a variety of stakeholders including contractors, councils, and internal departments.
Excellent time management, scheduling, and task prioritisation skills.
Ability to interpret technical documentation and produce detailed scopes of work.
Proficient in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of WHS practices and SWMS development.
