Summary of the role
As an Account Manager at IMA, you will play a key role in delivering world-class brand experiences for our global partners across international markets. You’ll be responsible for managing client projects and overseeing the day-to-day running of accounts, always ensuring a seamless and exceptional client experience.
Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll drive projects forward—from handling complex timelines and approvals to swiftly problem-solving last-minute challenges. In this fast-paced, dynamic environment, your agility, attention to detail, and strategic thinking will be essential. You'll ensure brand consistency is maintained across campaigns while tailoring to local market trends and behaviours, ensuring impactful and effective global campaigns.
Some responsibilities of the Account Manager role will include:
* Build and develop good relationships with clients and wider stakeholders, acting as the primary day-to-day contact.
* Understand client’s objectives and challenges and develop market insight to support planning and the creative process.
* Ensure an appropriate level of senior strategic or creative input, both in projects and at meetings.
* Responsible for the successful interpretation of client briefs into great creative and then successfully present creative output, ensuring senior sign-off.
* Management of updated work in progress and status reports internally and externally.
* Ongoing book management against budgets and delivery of client billing, including proactively reporting account SWOTs to the line manager on a monthly basis.
