An established housebuilder is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team in Stirling. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-focused individual to support a busy sales team within the residential property sector.
Responsibilities
* Generate weekly sales reports (reservations, exchanges, completions, cancellations) using Salesforce
* Liaise with solicitors to coordinate exchanges and completions
* Manage client extras, legal documents, and internal reports
* Maintain accurate data across developments, including plot information and pricing
* Handle sales enquiries and update CRM systems
* Support part exchange and assisted move schemes
* Attend weekly sales/build meetings and follow up on actions
Qualifications
* Previous admin experience, ideally in property or construction
* Strong IT skills (Salesforce experience preferred)
* Excellent communication and organisation
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
