Responsibilities
* Manage the busy phone and email systems.
* Open daily post.
* Use the case management system to upload important documents.
* Administration and archiving.
* Copying and filing.
* Greeting visitors, making refreshments.
* Answering and transferring calls.
* Receiving and arranging deliveries.
* Arranging meetings.
Requirements
* Experience with Microsoft and case management systems.
* Strong eye for detail.
* Organised and able to work independently.
* Experience working on a professional reception front desk.
