About the role
* Understanding the goals and objectives of the People Solutions business plans. Partner with the Enterprise People Partners to implement global plans and initiatives;
* Responsible for People Solutions process development and service delivery
* Provide professional solutions and support for Europe employee relations management; Provide transactional and administrative services including but not limited to associates on/off boarding, associates communication/consultation, performance management, People policy communication & compliance monitoring, associates engagement and talent retention, and mass transaction updates.
What you´ll do:
* Review and execute People policies, operational procedures in People area to ensure compliance with local legislation, tax and social security laws;
* Assisting in People Solutions project, in terms of system and team building, designing and optimizing core business processes, and establishing SOP service standards and operation specifications;
* Responsible for the daily management of People Solutions Shared Services, digitalization process, to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of service work, and continuously improve the service level;
* Responsible for standard People Master Data changes in line with compliance, data privacy and service levels requirements, ensure all the data accuracy.
* Deliver onboarding and perform new associates' orientation to ensure associate's experience;
* Conduct and analyze exit interviews and make actionable recommendations based on data;
* Use internal GSPP to manage all People processes including, on/off boarding, probation, contract renewal, employment status change, leave management, and etc.
* Maintain and collect all kinds of associates lifecycle documents, ensure all the documents are accurate and follow the company process and compliance, filing all the documents according to the guidelines;
* Support the company culture build-up and associate's engagement improvement through a series of projects, programs and actions;
* Provide the necessary support to People Partners, work closely with internal customer provide the professional People services;
* Conduct periodic internal reviews/audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed;
* Be responsible for answering all kinds of associates inquiries in an appropriate manner, and resolve enquires on time;
* Assume additional responsibilities and special projects as needed or directed.
What you´ll bring
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent;
* 12+ years of human resources and at least 5 years working experience in People Shared Services, strong People professional knowledge, deep understanding of SSC business, and horizontal understanding of COE and People Partner business content, able to make decision from business perspective; Good knowledge in payroll system management will be a plus;
* Knowledge of Statutory Laws regarding Labor law, welfare benefits, Pay and allowances.
* Good command in written & spoken English and Mandarin, Cantonese will be a plus;
* Mature, approachable, and excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
* Diverse and able to work with people from different cultural background;
* Good communication, coordination, organization and supplier management skills
* Customer-oriented, high responsibility, willing to share and energetic;
