We are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, collecting payments, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organised and detail-orientated, and have a strong knowledge of dental terminology. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and is committed to helping our practice grow.
Responsibilities:
* Greet patients and provide them with information about the practice.
* Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
* Discuss our practice dental plans with patients.
* Collect payments from patients.
* Maintain patients records and ensure that all paperwork is up to date.
* Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
* Provide general administrative support for the practice.
Job Types: Full-time
Approx. 40 hours per week.
Salary: Starting from £13.00 an hour

* Monday to Friday (Saturday upon request)

* Dental Receptionist: 2 years (preferred)
