This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who want to build leadership skills, take ownership early, and develop within a fast-paced sales and marketing environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Trainee Campaign Manager, you will be trained to take responsibility for:
* Managing on-site marketing and sales campaigns
* Leading and motivating small teams to deliver results
* Monitoring performance and improving campaign outcomes
* Supporting client projects with a focus on quality and consistency
* Learning how to plan and implement campaign strategies
* You will start with full training and gradually take on more responsibility as you develop.
