Front of House / Facilities & Administration Co-ordinator Nuneaton - Part-Time Monday to Friday 08:45-13:00 Be the heartbeat of our workplace. We're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Front of House, Facilities & Administration Co-ordinator to help keep our Nuneaton sites running smoothly across four buildings. JOB PURPOSE This is a dynamic, hands-on position combining: Facilities co-ordination across multiple sites. Front of House and reception duties. Administrative Support. No two days will be the same - and that's exactly what makes this role exciting. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES This is an important role within GRS, with primary responsibility to: Facilities Co-ordination (Multi-Site) Be the first point of contact for facilities queries across four buildings. Log, triage and track maintenance requests. Liaise confidently with contractors, suppliers and service providers. Support health & safety processes, access control and compliance requirements. Proactively monitor building standards and escalate issues where needed. Front of House & Reception Provide a warm, professional welcome to staff and visitors. Manage incoming calls, deliveries and general enquiries. Ensure reception and communal areas are maintained to a high standard. Help create a positive and organised working environment. Assist with wider administrative tasks across the business. Support compliance activities relating to HR and Health & Safety, helping to maintain a safe, fair and legally compliant workplace. Support the organisation's internal events and employee engagement activities (e.g. Christmas party, food vans, seasonal treats and team initiatives). Coordinate suppliers, catering and logistics to ensure events run smoothly. Assist with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities, including charity initiatives and community engagement. Help promote a positive, inclusive and engaging workplace culture. This job description is not exhaustive and may be adjusted periodically after review and consultation. KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO DO THE JOB You'll be someone who: Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Confidently manages multiple priorities. Works independently and takes initiative. Communicates clearly and professionally. Has experience in administration, facilities, reception or a coordination role.
