We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Office Administrator
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized individual to work alongside a small busy team. This is a full time role, based in Chesterfield
Duties -
· Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery
· Track and monitor the status of sales and purchase orders, providing updates to customers and internal teams
· Liaising with Suppliers, raising purchase orders
· Answering incoming calls and emails, dealing with pricing enquiries, queries and transferring of calls
· Updating system information including product information and new contacts.
· Counter Sales
· Filing and other general office admin
What we are looking for-
· Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
· Experience with Sage 200 would be desirable however not essential
· A customer focused approach with pleasant demeanor.
· Excellent attention to detail and time management skills are essential
· Ability to work unsupervised and can work in a busy team environment.
