Vision for Education are seeking flexible and enthusiastic SEN Teachers to work across a range of schools and year groups. This role is ideal for confident educators who can quickly adapt to new environments, deliver engaging lessons, and manage classroom behaviour effectively. Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging lessons and manage classroom behaviour effectively in both primary and secondary settings.
* Adapt quickly to new environments and school cultures.
* Support pupils with SEND to progress and develop; work as part of a collaborative team.
Qualifications
* Experience of working with secondary and primary school aged children in schools.
* Experience of working with pupils with SEND.
* A passion for the progress of SEND primary and secondary school pupils.
* An ability to work as part of a team.
* An ability to build rapport quickly with students.
* Key qualities such as: Patience, Sympathetic, Strong-willed
