Job Title: Children's Residential Support Worker – Liverpool

Salary: Up to £36,000 (DOE)
Job Description:
An established specialist provider is seeking a dedicated Children's Residential Support Worker to join their team in Liverpool. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a 4-bed EBD children's residential care home, providing essential support to young people in a therapeutic environment. The Children's Residential Support Worker will be instrumental in delivering OFSTED-standard care, working collaboratively with support staff, seniors, deputies, and the home manager to ensure the well-being and development of the children and young people in their care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality, OFSTED-standard support to children and young people in a residential setting
* Work alongside support workers, seniors, deputies, and the home manager to deliver consistent care
* Support children and young people in participating in activities and accessing tailored support plans
* Promote positive behavior and development in a therapeutic environment
* Assist in creating and maintaining care plans, ensuring they are current and effective
* Support young people both at the home and within the community to foster independence and confidence
* Follow safeguarding procedures and promote a safe environment for all residents
Requirements:
* Previous residential experience is essential
* Ability to work flexible shifts on a 3-week rolling rota, including sleep-in shifts
* Drivers are desirable but not mandatory
* Compassionate, professional, and committed to supporting young people's needs
