This is a full-time, permanent role for someone who can hit the ground running and take charge of a managed portfolio with professionalism and confidence.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Managing a residential lettings portfolio
* Conducting property inspections, check-ins, check-outs, and mid-term visits
* Coordinating maintenance and handling tenant issues
* Preparing and serving notices where required
* Liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth property management
* Keeping records up-to-date and compliant
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Previous experience in residential property management
* Strong understanding of the lettings and rental process
* Highly organised and detail-oriented
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional, confident, and dependable
* ARLA qualification preferred but not essential
* Familiarity with the South Kensington area is a plus
