Hours: Full-time and on site each day (Monday-Friday)

About the Role
As General Manager, you’ll lead the day‑to‑day operations of the Carroll Centre, ensuring our services continue to meet the evolving needs of the community. You’ll work closely with staff, volunteers, and Trustees to deliver the mission with energy, creativity, and compassion.
Key Responsibilities
* Secure sustainable funding and manage budgets.
* Inspire and support our dedicated staff and volunteer teams.
* Develop inclusive programmes based on local needs.
* Build strategic partnerships and represent the Centre externally.
* Oversee governance, compliance, and communications.

* An understanding of charity operations and governance (desirable).
