We work closely with a number of Primary schools across Canterbury, including a handful of key schools that regularly takes our TAs from daily supply into longer-term placements, creating excellent consistency and progression. Teaching Assistant responsibilities:
* Supporting pupils within the classroom across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
* Assisting the class teacher with learning activities and behaviour support
* Providing 1:1 or small group support where required
* Supporting pupils with SEN where appropriate (where SEN experience is present)
* Adapting confidently to different school settings
Teaching Assistant requirements:
* Experience working within a classroom setting (essential)
* Nursery or Early Years experience considered
* Flexible and reliable approach to work
* Ability to travel to different schools for assignments
* Right to Work in the UK and Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply)
