Job Title: Accounts Administrator

We are actively looking to hire an experienced full-time office-based Accounts Administrator to join our team. The role will be based in our Maldon Office.
Role Overview:
This role will be a split between accounts and general admin duties, due to this experience within both is necessary.
We are look for someone with strong accounts payable experience who will be solely responsible within the accounts team for, preparing and running payroll, calculating employee hours, approving annual leave, handling phone communication, pulling reports, data entry, reviewing and actioning the accounts mailbox, allocating invoices and payments, uploading invoices to Dropbox, sending statements to clients, processing credit notes, credit control, keeping company records up to date and liaising with the company accountants.
The Accounts Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support within the office this could include but is not limited to
· Filing
· Processing orders
· Answering the phone
· Customer Service
