We are seeking a talented and motivated Communications and Content Executive to join our marketing team.
You will be responsible for building content to support our brand and business unit goals, growing social reach and engagement, and ensuring brand compliance across all channels. This role involves collaboration with branch teams, creative content development, community management, and supporting various marketing initiatives and events

Key responsibilities of the role:
* Plan and create engaging social media content - including video, imagery, graphics, and written copy.
* Manage community interactions, respond to comments, and engage with followers to grow social reach and engagement.
* Generate social media reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with branch teams to grow social media reach and engagement.
* Stay updated on social media developments and insights to optimise content strategies.
* Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
* Develop content and creative materials across a range of channels including social media, website, blog.
* Support business unit events through content creation and promotional activities.
* Write and distribute press releases.
* Assist with Employee Engagement campaigns.
* Manage bespoke marketing requests from various departments.
The successful candidate will have:
* 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
* A self-starter attitude, and ability to work independently managing their own workload.
* Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
* Knowledge of social media trends, tools and best practices.
* Experience with community management and social media reporting.
* Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
* Proficiency in using Canva or similar design tools.
* Strong creative judgement.
* Ability to distil a marketing brief.
* Excellent attention to detail, with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to Analyse data to be able to interpret and derive actionable insights.
* Curiosity and ability to proactively Identify challenges and provide unique and innovative solutions
