What You'll Do
* Support the Service Lead in the strategic, clinical, and operational delivery of the NHS Talking Therapies service
* Contribute to service setup, pathway development, and quality assurance processes
* Provide clinical supervision and line management to a team of PCE-CfD and other modality-trained therapists
* Maintain a small clinical caseload, delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy in line with NHS Talking Therapies models
* Support staff performance, development, and wellbeing, fostering a positive and reflective team culture
* Work collaboratively with local partners, commissioners, and stakeholders to ensure accessibility, equity, and seamless service integration
* Promote continuous improvement through audit, outcome monitoring, and service evaluation
* We\'re looking for a confident, dedicated and motivated professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and contribute to service leadership while remaining clinically grounded.
* A PCE-CfD qualification (Postgraduate training in Person-Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression)
* Accreditation with BACP or another relevant professional body
* Experience working within NHS Talking Therapies (formerly IAPT) or a similar mental health service is preferred
* Experience in leadership, supervision, or mentoring roles (or a strong desire to develop these skills)
* A commitment to evidence-based practice, service quality, and staff development
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
