Key Responsibilities
* Planning, scheduling and communication of work within the warehouse
* Experience in Inventory Admin
* Verifying the accuracy of inbound and outbound shipping documentation
* Coordinating documentation for incoming freight
* Monitoring and tracking incoming containers
* Assisting the Customer Service team and Yard Operations teams with data entry
* Proficient with Excel
* Previous experience of a WMS is highly desirable, but not essential
Desired Skills
* Great communicator
* Excellent organisational skills
* Proficient in MS Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to take ownership of the role and remain calm under pressure
