Key Responsibilities of the Primary Teacher: Plan and deliver engaging lessons that follow the EYFS–KS2 national curriculum. Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment. Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND. Monitor and assess progress, providing constructive feedback. Work collaboratively with colleagues, leadership, and support staff. Requirements for the Primary Teacher role: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (placements considered for ECTs). Excellent classroom and behaviour management. Strong communication and organisational skills.
