We are excited to announce an opportunity for you to join the Fleet Specialist Team at Motia, located in Burnley Town Centre.
In this dynamic role, you will be the main point of contact for our existing customers, helping them manage their fleet needs efficiently. Your aim will be to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions from our extensive range of products, ultimately helping them save on costs and streamline operations.
Even if you are new to sales, we are committed to delivering all the training required for you to excel in this position
Duties & Responsibilities
Build and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product lines and industry landscape
Plan and execute sales activities effectively to meet targets
Develop relationships with new customers through effective communication and service
Ensure a top-quality service to bolster customer satisfaction and business growth
Manage inquiries and follow up on potential sales leads promptly
Record interactions in our CRM system to maintain accurate customer records
Other reasonable duties as assigned by management
Requirements

Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory

Basic salary - £25,727 per annum
Plus unlimited commission, it truly is uncapped
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

No shifts, we all work Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:15pm with a 2:45pm finish every Friday
