We are seeking a results-driven and confident Telesales Executive to generate confirmed employer leads and industry placement opportunities for students enrolled in T-Level programmes within a set geographical area.
Initially, the focus will be in the Construction and Digital, but this may expand to other curriculum areas in the future.
T-Levels are a UK government-backed qualification introduced by the UK Government and delivered through the Department for Education. They include a mandatory industry placement of at least 315 hours, creating a significant opportunity for employers to develop emerging talent.
Your primary responsibility will be outbound calling to construction and digital employers to secure confirmed placement opportunities and qualified employer meetings for our work placement team.
The role will require you to embed the college’s values, Respect, Integrity, Collaboration, Compassion and Ambition.
2. The Post
1. Main Duties and Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Employer Engagement
* Conduct high-volume outbound telesales calls to employers in the Construction and Digital sectors as an initial focus.
* Identify decision-makers and work to establish strong relationships early.
* Clearly explain the benefits and structure of T-Level industry placements.
* Secure confirmed placement offers or qualified appointments for the work placement team.
* Complete records in line with capacity with clear handover.
* Follow up warm leads from marketing campaigns and referrals.
* Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, conversations, and outcomes.

* Digital Support and security
KPIs
* Daily outbound call targets
* Weekly qualified employer meetings booked

2.2 Other Responsibilities
