My client, a global engineering, design, and project management consultancy, is seeking a Temporary Recruitment Administrator for their office in Birmingham.
Job Title: Recruitment Administrator
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)
6 - month contract
Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the recruitment team. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing the recruitment team inbox and all related administrative tasks
* Acting as the main point of contact for finance and accounts payable regarding invoice and rate queries
* Building and maintaining a strong relationship with the offshore HR transactions team, serving as their key contact
* Assisting Recruitment Advisors with the end-to-end recruitment process as needed, including onboarding via Workday and coordinating interviews
Skills & Competencies:
1. Clear and professional communication skills
2. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/ATS systems
3. Experience with Workday is highly preferred
4. Collaborative team player with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently
