Div h3 About the Role /h3 p Since being established in 2018, the Debt Advisory team has grown year on year and continues to grow fee income across the UK and Europe. We work closely with our Capital Markets colleagues in both residential and commercial sectors. We are looking for a driven, commercially minded professional with strong interpersonal skills, confidence with senior stakeholders, and a proven track record in deal origination. /p h3 Responsibilities /h3 ul li Originate and execute debt advisory mandates through existing client relationships and market connections. /li li Advise clients on capital structuring, refinancing, and acquisition/development financing solutions. /li li Deliver compelling, persuasive pitches to senior audiences, demonstrating credibility and confidence. /li li Maintain and expand relationships with lenders. /li li Represent the firm at conferences, dinners, and industry events, with regular travel as required. /li /ul h3 Qualifications /h3 ul li A minimum of 3 years+ experience in a Debt Advisory role. /li li Demonstrable track record in arranging debt across varied market conditions, with experience in managing transactions greater than £25m, and preferably £50m+. /li li Proven ability to independently originate debt advisory mandates. /li li Active network of relationships that convert into fee paying engagements. /li li Ability to source and execute mandates effectively. /li li Excellent understanding of the commercial real estate financing market, including experience with bank and non bank lenders. /li /ul h3 Skills and Attributes /h3 ul li Calm, confident, and credible when pitching to senior audiences.
