Head of Sales | Manchester (Hybrid)
I’m currently partnering with one of the UK’s fastest-growing marketing brands to appoint a Head of Sales who can take full ownership of their global sales function and drive the next phase of ambitious growth.
This is a genuine leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO, where you’ll shape and execute the overall sales strategy, own revenue performance, and build a high-performance culture that consistently delivers against stretching targets. The business already works with exciting, recognised brands and has an international team of 40+ — but they’re now focused on scaling properly, entering new markets, and strengthening their commercial engine.
They’re looking for someone who can operate strategically while remaining hands-on. You’ll be responsible for building and developing the sales team, implementing structure and forecasting discipline, refining CRM processes, and leading commercial negotiations that drive long-term value. This isn’t about maintaining the status quo — it’s about elevating performance and building something best-in-class.
You’ll bring strong commercial acumen, experience leading sales, and the confidence to operate at board level. A consultative approach and the ability to build credibility quickly across different industries will be key.
The role is based in Manchester city centre, operating on a hybrid model (three days in the office, two from home). There’s an attractive commission and bonus structure, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, additional Christmas shutdown, birthday off, early Friday finishes, and a high-energy, ambitious culture.
