Business Development Manager
The Role: Our client are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their UK sales team. This is a standalone sales role with no people management where you are accountable for your output and the growth of the their market share. The Business Development Manager will be selling an array of name badges, lanyards, and wristband identification products which are used in a host of end user environments such as retailers, leisure, hospitality, airlines, and the health service to name a few.
You will be selling direct to end users and your role will be to strategically map out these markets and attack them relentlessly with a view to winning orders, getting on framework agreements and then passing on those account wins to the customer account management team based in Suffolk.
This is a field based position, albeit a hybrid approach will see you succeed. When not on the road you will be working from home or one of the office locations in Suffolk, Oxfordshire, or Cheshire in order to build internal relationships to aide success.
This role is perfectly suited for a hunter mentality as there is very little account management involved. The growth targets for year one are modest, and a high activity, to target customer profiles, are the foundations to success here.

13. Clean driving licence
Salary: Up to £55k Basic salary DOE + 30% OTE (can be doubled on overachievement) + Car + pension + 23 days holiday (rises to 25 with length of service), chance to purchase additional days holiday + laptop/mobile
