About Our Client
My client has a nationwide presence with one of their larger offices located in Solihull
Job Description
3. Preparation of the statutory accounts
4. Liaising with the auditors
5. Driving the year end
6. Creation of the financial statements
7. Consolidation of the group accounts
8. Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports.
9. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
10. Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
11. Perform financial analysis and forecasting.
12. Assist with audits and taxes.
13. Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company.
14. Provide financial advice and guidance to the company's managers and executives.
15. Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Group Financial Accountant should have:
16. Qualified accountant
17. Strong technical finance skills
18. Previous consolidation experience and exposure to FRS 101 and 102
19. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
20. Advanced understanding of financial principles and regulations.
