DESCRIPTION: Join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Product Support Specialist III, where you'll contribute to customer success and product excellence. You'll connect product management, engineering, sales, and service groups globally, working to maintain and enhance our solutions. Your expertise will directly impact customer satisfaction through technical support, documentation development, and quality assurance initiatives. In this role, you'll collaborate with engineering and product management teams to ensure service personnel have accurate, up-to-date technical documentation and tools. You'll investigate and resolve complex technical issues, develop comprehensive training programs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining our high standards of product quality and customer service while supporting our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
