About you
* You will be HACCP level 4 trained with experience in a technical or quality leadership role.
* As QA Manager, you will be experience in food safety systems and regulatory compliance
* Strong management and leadership skills
* Familiar with ERP, quality management software and reporting tools
* Good knowledge of functional ingredients and process technologies
* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
What will you be doing?
* Oversee product quality, food safety and regulatory compliance
* Ensure all products meet internal and customer standards
* Lead the technical aspects of NPD working closely with innovation and project teams
* The QA Manager will oversee the management of consumer and customer complaints
* Manage existing quality management systems making continuous improvement to this
* Supplier approval and manage audits across QMS Standards
