Responsibilities
* Residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes
* Dilapidations and service charge conflicts
* Business and residential possession claims
* Land law disputes and leasehold enfranchisement
You’ll also support partners on niche areas like party wall and right to light cases, with opportunities to get involved in construction disputes.
What You’ll Bring
* Minimum of 1 year PQE in property litigation
* Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
* A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to manage multiple cases
* A passion for delivering excellent client service
