Location: Broadwood Stadium (Cumbernauld)
Contract type: Part-Time
Hourly rate: £12.21 per hour
Working Hours: Minimum of 2 hours per week from Mondays to Fridays (4PM - 8PM)

About the Role
We're on the lookout for energetic, passionate Support Coaches to join our growing team and start their coaching journey the right way — with real experience, ongoing mentorship, and a clear path to progress.
Whether you're a student, a player, or someone passionate about football and working with kids, this role gives you the chance to develop into a confident session leader in a supportive environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Support Coach, you'll:
* Assist our Lead Coaches during training sessions
* Help run drills and demonstrations
* Motivate young players and create a positive learning atmosphere
* Begin leading parts of sessions with supervision and training
* Receive ongoing feedback, mentoring, and support
You'll be guaranteed at least 2 hours of work per week, with opportunities to take on more as you develop and as new sessions become available.

* Support Coach (£12.21/hr) – Assist sessions, learn on the job
* Coach (£15/hr) – Confident leading full sessions when needed
* Lead Coach (£20/hr) – Consistently leads training sessions
* Location Manager (Monthly pay) – Runs an entire coaching venue
