The Role:
As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for managing one of the company's flagship brands with a focus on driving growth, overseeing brand strategy, and expanding licensing opportunities into new markets. You will collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing plans within an allocated budget to meet sales, profit, and market share objectives.
This role includes leading brand strategy in the UK, launching new product development (NPD), managing artwork development for packaging, analyzing brand performance regularly, managing the brand budget and P&L, and defining the media strategy for the brand.
Required Experience:
* At least 2 years of experience in Brand Marketing within the FMCG industry; experience in the food sector is advantageous
* Ability to analyze data from Nielsen, Kantar, or IRI
* Ability to work cross-functionally
* Strong project management and organizational skills
* Proven success in managing FMCG brands
