About the Role
We are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to support learning across the curriculum in a primary specialist environment. This is a varied role working with pupils of different ages and abilities, helping them to engage with lessons, build confidence and grow their skills in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Support classroom teacher with lesson delivery and learning activities
* Assist pupils individually or in small groups to reinforce learning content
* Maintain classroom routines, behaviour expectations and support positive learning climate
* Help with classroom resources and displays to support learning visually
* Aid in assessing pupil progress and feeding back to the teacher

Person Specification
* Some experience in schools or working with children preferred, but not essential
* Strong interpersonal skills; approachable, patient and encouraging
* Good organisational skills; able to help manage materials and tasks in the classroom
* Flexible attitude; able to adapt to varying class needs
* DBS clearance or willing to obtain

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
