Job Title: Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of our steel processing and material handling equipment. This is your chance to work with cutting-edge technology, including high-voltage systems (up to 480V), PLCs, and complex mechanical systems!
Your Responsibilities
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
* Troubleshoot and repair high-voltage (up to 480V) electrical systems, motors, and control panels.
* Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled equipment and automation systems.
* Maintain and service hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
* Support operations involving coil polishing, sheet polishing, and cut-to-length equipment.
* Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
* Ensure all work complies with OSHA and company safety standards.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years of experience in a metal manufacturing maintenance technician environment.
* Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
* Proficiency in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
* A collaborative spirit and effective communication skills to work with production teams.

Compensation & Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00/hr.
