Part-Time Supply Chain Administrator £17,550 per annum Monday – Friday / 25 hours per week / 9.30am – 2:30pm Wrexham Our client based in Wrexham area is looking to recruit a Supply Chain Administrator on a permanent, part-time basis. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Supply Chain Administrator to support order processing, stock management, customer service, and logistics for both UK and export markets. The role involves working across EDI, web orders, and customer accounts, ensuring smooth delivery and communication throughout the supply chain. Performance Objectives * Order Processing & Customer Support * Download and process orders from EDI, web platforms, and email. * Book transport and delivery slots via portals or email. * Liaise with customers regarding shortages, substitutions, or refunds. * Handle queries from new and existing customers across multiple inboxes. * Raise credits and sample requests where needed. * Stock & System Updates * Check stock availability and work with production to resolve shortages. * Maintain customer portals with product details, delivery dates, and forecasts. * Process goods-in confirmations and book into NAV once stock arrives. * Export & Documentation * Process export orders and manage call-offs with third-party warehouses. * Prepare and send export pa...
